The Role of a Consultant Ophthalmologist
You will deliver a range of ophthalmic services and procedures within a highly rated secondary care setting. Working in partnership with the NHS, you will provide planned, elective care in a calm, well‑resourced environment focused on excellent patient outcomes. What We’re Looking For in a Consultant Ophthalmologist
- GMC specialist registration in Ophthalmology
- Proven Consultant‑level experience within the UK
- A high level of operative skill in high volume Phacoemulsification under topical anaesthesia, Ophloplastics, Glaucoma and Wet AMD
- A strong commitment to continuing medical education and professional development
