About the job We are seeking 3 experienced Finance System Analysts to join our team, specialising in the e5 Finance System!
The successful candidates will play a key role in analysing, maintaining, and optimising our finance system to support business processes, reporting, and decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, technical expertise with the e5 Finance System, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Our successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
We are actively engaged in implementing the Companies House\’s new powers to enforce financial penalties. Over the next 18 months, we will undertake major projects, including upgrading the e5 Finance System and migrating from on-premise applications, databases, and servers to the cloud. We continuously seek enhancements in managing aged debt and are committed to ongoing improvements in CH Finance Systems and data.

Job description
System Analysis & Maintenance:
- Analyse, configure, and maintain the e5 Finance System to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.
- Perform regular system audits to identify issues, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and manage system workflows, security, and data integrity protocols.
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage updates, patches, and system upgrades.
Business Process Support:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document financial system requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Support finance teams with day-to-day system usage and troubleshooting.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Ensure accurate data migration, integration, and reconciliation across financial systems.
- Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Project Management:
- Lead or participate in system upgrades, implementations, and other finance-related projects.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, and test plans.
- Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.
Training & Support:
- Train end-users on system features, updates, and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and escalations.
Person specification
- Proven experience working with Finance Systems, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong background in financial processes and systems analysis.
- Experience in analysing, system integration, and process optimisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications and Certifications
