FP&A Accountant
Polegate/ hybrid working
Grafton Banks Finance is working with a leading PE backed business, based near Polegate in
East Sussex, to recruit an FP&A Accountant.
The purpose of the role will primarily be to lead and continually improve the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the group along with all management information, so to aid better business decision making and planning by the business.
We are looking for a newly or recently qualified accountant, with extremely strong Excel skills, who is experienced in an analytical or FP&A role and has strong interpersonal skills.
Key tasks:
- Lead the budgeting and reforecasting process across the group, utilising FP&A software to produce the budget pack (P&L, BS and Cashflow)
- Lead a Continuous Improvement process for the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Utilise software to help deliver further analytics insight, reporting, and drive efficiency to the commercial benefit of the business. This could include enhancements to the monthly board pack.
- Supporting management as required, in integrating newly acquired businesses into the budget, forecasting and monthly processes.
The role is hybrid working with three days per week in the offices and salary is £60,000 + benefits including 10% bonus.
