Water Supply Pipe Engineer – Torquay – HomeServe UK
Location: Torquay
Full Time: 40 hours/week (includes some weekend, evening and bank holiday work)
Salary: £32,250 – £36,700 (based on experience) + £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year.

About the Role
As a Water Supply Pipe Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair of water supply systems in customers’ homes, delivering industry-leading service and enhancing our reputation while driving customer growth.
What You Must Have
- Experience repairing, laying and identifying leaks on water mains
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proactive, ‘can do’ attitude
- Keen eye for detail and problem‑solving skills
Training & Support
Our extensive training programme will help you settle into your role:
- Week 1 – Head Office in Walsall, Monday‑Friday: company overview, health & safety, tools and equipment.
- Week 2 – Buddied up with an experienced HomeServe Water Supply Pipe Engineer.
- Where geographically appropriate we pay for accommodation and meal allowance during induction.
