About the Role Due to continued growth and an increasing order book, we are looking for an Admin Assistant to help and support essential administrative duties. This is a permanent position where training and support will be given as we are committed to development and upskilling of our staff. Core Responsibilities * Inputting data on our internal systems * Booking in purchase orders received from customers * Generating purchase orders * Updating KPI’s * Liaising internally with production, team leaders and management. * Recording data accurately * Involved with stock control and stock requirements What are we looking for? * Previous experience in an admin orientated role is desired * Must be IT literate with experience using emails, spreadsheets and various filing systems * Ability to record data accurately and within agreed timescales * Ability to communicate effectively with other members of staff * Experience dealing with customers is advantageous but not essential We are looking to start the successful candidate as soon as possible. We are also open to discussing flexible working hours based on your experience and personal circumstances. The starting rate of pay is £12.00 per hour and the standard working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am till 4.30pm and 8am till 12.15pm on Friday which is 35 hours per week. Once you successfully complete your probation, the hourly rate will increase in line with discussions with your manager.
