Job Description

Culina Group are hiring a HR Advisor based at our site in Gadbrook, with travel to other sites across our Northern Region.

This is a fantastic opportunity in a fast paced environment providing a proactive HR service to the HRBP and Management team. The role holder will be responsible for providing support to their assigned HR Business Partners and sites on HR related matters.

Key Duties of a HR Advisor:

  • Provide case managed ER support to HRBP team as required.
  • Prepare case management packs as required for HRBP and Line Managers
  • Providing HR guidance/coaching/advice to line managers as appropriate.
  • Provide data and statistics for the Head of HR Operations as required.
  • Attend disciplinary/grievance/absence related meetings as required.
  • Support to mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Provide support on HR operational projects following instruction and guidance from HRBP. Such initiatives include site restructuring projects, new builds, closure, TUPE.
  • Support HRBP with other site initiatives such as large scale resourcing events, engagement initiatives, survey responses etc.
  • In conjunction with HRBP and site management work to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity, engagement and retention across departments and sites.
  • Run reports for HRBP as required.
  • Provide skeleton holiday cover for HRBP as required.
  • Provide holiday cover for other HR Advisors as required.
  • Support with HR administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Additional HR tasks as and when required.

Qualifications

To apply for the role of HR Advisor, you will possess the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

  • HR legislative understanding/knowledge
  • Proven experience in advising on HR associated matters (grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence etc)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptable/flexible
  • Able to build trust, respect and openness
  • High level IT skills using MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and outlook
