The Wimbledon Three Store is a stylish and customer-focused retail space, offering the latest smartphones, accessories, and mobile services, with friendly and expert staff providing personalised assistance, located in the vibrant Wimbledon town centre. We pride ourselves on being more than just a store; we have the right team to be at our best, and our Assistant Store Managers play a huge part in supporting our Store Managers to ensure our stores run smoothly.
As a Retail Assistant Store Manager at Three UK, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager with retail operations and ensuring the success of your store. You will be instrumental in driving store performance as well as being a role model for the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management Support:Coach and develop your team, in the absence of the Store Manager, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to achieve outstanding performance and exceed sales targets.
- Store Operations Support: Oversee daily operational tasks to ensure the store runs seamlessly, maintaining high efficiency and effectiveness standards.
- Customer Engagement:Deliver outstanding customer service to our customers and set a high standard by leading through example.
- Service Excellence: Create exceptional experiences through tailoring and promoting our innovative products and services.
- Performance Enhancement: Achieve personal and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving sales and meeting performance goals.
- Solution Efficiency: Provide personalised solutions for customers with general mobile or network-related enquiries, ensuring a resolution is given promptly.
