PSS Administrator Location – Manchester/Hybrid Salary – up to £32,000 based on experience Are you an enthusiastic PSS Administrator eager for your next role? Could you fulfil a vital support function within a busy Financial Services office? If you have previous experience within St.James's Place and want to progress further, you could be working as part of a team in a very successful Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Plc. The company provides bespoke financial advice and services to executives, managers, families, and entrepreneurs. The Role – PSS Administrator The position will require an enthusiastic and professional candidate who can deliver first class support to Advisors and Clients. Duties include but are not exclusive to: * Managing appointments and client review meetings, and responding to client emails and managing the CRM system * Preparing for Client Financial Reviews and preparing relevant Illustrations and meeting packs * Issuing and following up on Letters of Authority with clients and third parties * Submitting and progressing post review actions such as fund switches, withdrawals, changes to contribution portfolios * You will be managing and collating key data for reports and reviews * Dealing with enquiries on behalf of the Advisor, always focussing on providing excellent levels of service to Clients * You will be processing new business and liaising with SJP admin teams * There is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge within this exciting and fast paced environment The Person – PSS Administrator This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, motivated, highly organised, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style. You must have previous experience and must be strong in the following areas: * Relevant experience of working for a St. James's Place Partner Practice is essential. * Proficient in the use of Salesforce software * High level of attention to detail & excellent organisation skills * High standard of written & verbal communication skills * Highly IT literate, including advanced MS Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word skills * Ability to prioritise conflicting demands effectively * Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive and positive attitude * Ability to work autonomously as well as working on shared goals as part of a team * Effective time management and multi-tasking skills St. James’s Place plc (SJP) is a leading, a highly regarded FTSE 100 Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base.
