Job Description: Completing change of tenancies for commercial properties. Managing workflow to complete work items in line with age profile Make outbound calls to gather the relevant information and updating the systems and customer accounts Sending information requests to customers and managing responses Complex process but full training given Looking for people who have: Excellent IT Skills (Using our internal billing systems in addition to standard email, word, excel) Manage own workload, work well on their own initiative as well as working as part of a team Very confident with a professional and engaging telephone manner Self-sufficient with an excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills There is a structured training plan that candidate will follow, and full support given remotely by manager and the establish and successful "buddy" system Parking is available onsite What happens now?
