Marketing Manager B2B Clothing Salary up to 50k Basic Greater Manchester

We are looking for a commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead and implement digital and traditional marketing strategies that drive web sales and B2B growth for a well-established business in the clothing and uniform supply sector. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping and executing the marketing roadmap, taking full ownership of brand positioning and performance across all customer touchpoints.

As Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the growth of web and B2B sales through integrated marketing strategies.

  • Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • Managing and optimising the online customer journey, including website performance, conversion rates, and AOV.

  • Taking ownership of website content, SEO, merchandising, and digital product presentation.

  • Creating and managing a structured marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of promotions, campaigns, and seasonal activity.

  • Overseeing and managing paid search, display, retargeting, affiliate, and traditional marketing channels in line with performance goals.

  • Using analytics and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions that support business growth.

  • Briefing and managing external agencies and marketing partners.

  • Planning and executing targeted email marketing aligned with segmentation and customer needs.

  • Collaborating with sales and product teams to align marketing activity with broader commercial goals.

  • Monitoring ROI across all marketing channels and adjusting strategies based on performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email automation, CRM), and campaign performance tracking.

  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly analytical with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.
