Our Mortgage Completions team plays an integral role in our Lending Services department and has an opportunity to join them for up to 12 months.

The Lending department manages the entire life cycle of a mortgage application, from receipt of the initial applications, underwriting, to completion, and then servicing the needs of existing customers through to final redemption. This role sits within the completion stage and ensures that the customer’s funds reach their solicitor in time for mortgage completion.

The Completions Team is part of the wider Lending Team. You’ll be part of a friendly, dedicated team that completes all the final checks on mortgage applications before releasing the funds for completion. This involves tasks such as reviewing completion requests (for purchases and additional borrowing), processing mortgage details, and facilitating the release of mortgage retentions. You’ll also handle incoming calls and queries from solicitors and process application refunds where necessary.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail within this fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Besides working as part of your own team, you’ll support the broader lending area by assisting the department when needed.

This role operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, on a hybrid basis. After training, this will include at least 2 days onsite.
