Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation and technology and knowledge transfer. – THE ROLE – The post holder will lead a dedicated technical support team within the School of Biomedical Sciences aligned predominantly with Optometry and Asset Control. They will have responsibility for coordinating the teams activities and providing advice and support to staff, students and related stakeholders, utilising a comprehensive technical and scientific knowledge, expertise and understanding of practices. – ABOUT YOU – – BTEC HNC/D, Foundation Degree, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline or related subject – Evidence of substantial knowledge and practical work experience in the use of a wide range of techniques and equipment used within a laboratory, clinical or workshop setting Please find our employee benefits on our website.
