About the Role:
Nottingham Forest Football Club is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Control Room Operator with strong multitasking skills to oversee and manage critical systems during matchday operations. The successful candidate will develop a thorough understanding of our systems and processes to ensure smooth matchday events. Collaboration with the wider team to identify and resolve issues promptly, while maintaining clear communication, is essential.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage systems and processes from a central control room.
- Identify and respond to irregularities or issues.
- Operate the match day radio system.
- Coordinate with team members and departments for smooth operations.
- Provide reports on incidents.
- Ensure safety and operational procedure compliance.
- Assist in developing and implementing control room procedures.
- Maintain records of system performance and incidents.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with response teams.
- Conduct training for new control room staff.
- Document and report matchday activities.
- Ensure control room equipment functions correctly.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
- Perform other reasonable duties as directed.
