We sell our products through our own stores, online, and via wholesale to major retailers, department stores, independent nurseries, and international distributors, reaching over 30 countries. Following a successful year, we are expanding globally and are looking to recruit a Global Sales Support Coordinator into our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Role of Global Sales Support Coordinator
Based at our Head Office near Huddersfield (HD5 0RH), the role focuses on our EMEA partners, with potential support for other regions. Spanish speaking ability is preferred but not essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing international account orders from receipt to delivery.
- Collaborating with International Sales Account Managers to provide seamless service and identify growth opportunities.
- Building relationships internally with teams across merchandising, buying, finance, warehousing, and externally with partners, suppliers, and forwarders to ensure excellent service and experience.
