About the role:
At The Willowsthe people we support enjoy going out and about, exploring new places and opportunities. They are looking to expand their current lives to be happier, healthier and more independent and you will have a key role in this. As a Lead Support Worker your role is all about ensuring that the people we support live happy and fulfilled lives, whilst coaching and supporting your colleagues to deliver great support. You will support the management in the running of the home to ensure people we support are being supported in line with their support plans our policies and procedures.
We are looking for an energetic, motivated and skilled person who wants people to have and get the best out of their lives.
