We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Lead Support Worker to join our team, providing full support to 4 males in Taunton.
Role Responsibilities
- Being a role model to colleagues, demonstrating organisational values, and following support plans, policies, and procedures in daily practice.
- Modeling organisational and home processes. Inducting new colleagues.
- Completing delegated tasks efficiently and managing your time effectively.
- Advocating for the people we support and promoting their independence through innovative approaches.
- Mentoring colleagues, assessing their competencies, and providing coaching where needed.
What We’re Looking For
- A kind-hearted and patient personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with individuals requiring full support.
- The ability to work well both as part of a team and independently.
