3-month contract | 37 hours/week | Immediate Start
We’re urgently seeking an Approved Electrician to join us on a short-term basis to support peak summer compliance works across various school sites.
Based from Motherwell, this role involves travelling to field locations across Southern Scotland, carrying out inspection, testing and remedial works to help us meet seasonal demand.
️ The Work Includes
- Electrical inspection and testing to BS7671 standards
- Emergency lighting and equipment testing
- Remedial works based on inspection findings
- Working to client scopes and safety procedures
- Daily van-based travel directly to client sites
You’ll Need
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
- 18th Edition (BS7671)
- AM2 (or equivalent full apprenticeship route)
- Basic DBS check (essential)
- ECS Card
- Strong experience with commercial/industrial environments
- A positive attitude and ability to work independently
