An excellent and exciting opportunity is available for a senior Corporate Solicitor to join this growing national law firm. Ideally, you will be keen to expand your experience and have ambition to quickly move towards Partnership in this team. This Corporate team is established, experienced and highly ranked. You will work with an outstanding client base including tech start-ups, spinouts, national and international private companies, investors and institutions. You\’ll advise on a healthy range of corporate issues and transactions at a local and international level. Your background will reflect experience of M&A, private equity, venture capital investment, corporate finance and at least 5 years pqe.The firm is keen to uncover the next big talent and a following is not required. The leadership team will support you to build a business case for short and long term success and growth. You will join a market leading team, access an impressive client portfolio and develop your experience and capability at another level. The financial and non-financial rewards are excellent.
