Construction Project Manager

Our client is an established and highly respected main contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment, fit-out, and construction projects across Scotland. Known for their collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to excellence, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to support their continued growth. The Role As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will ensure programmes, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations are met while leading site teams and maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Plan, manage, and deliver construction projects to agreed timescales and budgets * Lead site teams and ensure compliance with health & safety standards * Manage subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining positive working relationships * Monitor project progress, update programmes, and provide regular reports * Maintain strong communication with clients and uphold Redpath Construction’s reputation for quality and reliability * Oversee commercial elements in collaboration with the QS team * Drive best practice, problem-solve proactively, and support continuous improvement About You * Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector * Strong understanding of refurbishment, fit-out, or general build projects * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills * Ability to manage multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment * Strong commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications are advantageous Our Client * A supportive, people-focused culture * High-quality projects across Central Scotland * Strong pipeline of work and long-term stability * Opportunities for professional development and progression How to Apply If you’re an experienced Project Manager looking to join a reputable contractor with an excellent culture and a consistent workload, we’d love to hear from you
