Job Title: Marketing Executive- Part-Time/ Flexible/self employed Company We have existed for 9 years specialising in recruitment for companies that manufacture and sell mobility/disability equipment. We are looking to add a creative Marketing Executive to the team who can create regular content for our clients and candidates. This will include mass mailing the latest jobs, industry updates, recruitment tips, guides, etc..…, and maintaining contact with our database of both candidates and clients. You will run our social media, mainly LinkedIn, and collaborate with the director to find new ways to engage with key decision-makers within the industry, including setting up and hosting monthly webinars. You will be the creative guru for Trusted Recruiter! Job Summary Working remotely but with regular catch-ups with the Director face-to-face where possible. You will be responsible for the following: * Creating marketing material such as newsletters and industry updates * Mass emailing candidates with new vacancies, interview tips, etc. * Mass emailing clients regarding newly registered candidates, latest industry trends etc. * Managing social media such as Linked In and regularly releasing content * Coming up with new ideas to generate new clients and job vacancies * Setting up an industry trade webinar to involve clients * Managing the company website Working hours are flexible, paid per hour. You will ideally be working under the Trusted Recruiter Brand. Candidate: You must be creative and able to work independently to generate new ideas and implement them. You must also have experience mass emailing most cost-effectively, be able to set up and run webinars using Zoom or Teams, and understand LinkedIn and how to set up newsletters. We will consider all experience levels, provided you can do the above. Ideally, You will ideally be living in Kent. Package: £15 per hour worked initially, working around 15 hours per week at flexible times Monday to Friday during business hours, to start the possibility of this increasing dependent on the success. You will also earn bonuses to be discussed
