You will collaborate closely with our design, production, and buying teams to turn creative concepts into commercial garments that meet customer expectations and are ready for large-scale manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Review and approve technical specifications, size charts, and construction details. Work with design to ensure best practices are inplace Support wholesale sales with product feedback Conduct fit sessions, evaluate samples, and provide clear feedback to suppliers. Ensure garments meet quality, performance, and legal requirements. Collaborate with factories and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve processes and ensure strong relationships Monitor production samples for consistency and adherence to approved standards. Maintain detailed technical documentation and records for all products. Support continuous improvement in garment quality and production efficiency. Skills & Experience Degree in Fashion Technology, Clothing Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years\’ experience in a garment technologist or technical role within the fashion industry, preferably womenswear. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes. Experience in fit assessment and technical pattern evaluation.
