Housing & Technical Resources require an experienced Plumber to support the delivery of various works programmes within Building Services.
You will have a flexible approach to managing varied workloads, as you will be required to carry out all plumbing duties within South Lanarkshire Council\’s portfolio.
You should be time-served with trade qualifications such as SVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in your relevant discipline, and demonstrate sound practical technical competencies to deliver high-quality workmanship in all aspects of your trade. Experience working within both commercial and domestic properties in the construction industry is essential.
You should demonstrate a commitment to customer care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience working to targets and within timescales, along with an awareness of health and safety in the workplace, is required.
