Hours:37 hours per week
Working Pattern:Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am – 1.30pm
Housing & Technical Resources require an experienced Plumber to support the delivery of various works programmes within Building Services.
You will have a flexible approach to managing varied workloads, as you will be required to carry out all plumbing duties within the South Lanarkshire Council portfolio.
You should be time-served with trade qualifications such as SVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in your relevant discipline, and be able to demonstrate sound practical technical competencies in delivering high-quality workmanship in all aspects of your trade. Experience working within both commercial and domestic properties in the construction industry is essential.
You should demonstrate a commitment to customer care principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and previous experience working to targets and timescales, with an awareness of health and safety in the workplace.
