Our client, a busy franchised car dealership, near Orpington has the requirement for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their established workshop team.
Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, responsibilities will include:
- Ensure Servicing & Repairs are carried out to Manufacturer Standards
- Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements (depending on skill level)
- In-depth Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics (depending on skill level)
- Warranty Repairs
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of a NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
- 1+ year Post Apprenticeship experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
- Car Vehicle Experience
- Manufacturer or IMI Accreditations / Qualifications
- Franchised Dealer Experience
- MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7) If not, you will be helped to qualify
Remuneration & Benefits
