Christmas at Selfridges – What To Expect:
- You’ll be part of the Selfridges Christmas Magic during our busiest season!
- Availability for weekends and at least 2 key dates: Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day is required.

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will:
- Work in a team to create a memorable customer experience through rapport, product knowledge, and catering to customer needs.
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges, assisting customers in finding suitable alternatives or using online services.
- Maintain retail standards through stock replenishment, organization, and hosting.
- Use customer feedback to improve service, sales, and standards.
- Manage stock, including unpacking deliveries, audits, and stock room organization.
- Adapt to daily challenges, possibly working across departments.
