We are looking for a confident Night Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

The Old Vicarage is a specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs. We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.

This will be a part time role. Working 24 hours per week. 2 x 12 hour shifts working nights.

We are looking for a flexible candidate to work extra hours when needed to cover annual leave / sickness.

Our resident profile:

  • Adults from the age of 18+ years
  • Individuals with a primary diagnosis of learning disability accompanied with behaviours that challenge including mental illness or a forensic background
  • Individuals with a secondary diagnosis of personality disorder or autism
  • May have communication challenges
  • May have associated complex needs

The Old Vicarage is a specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs. We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.

Pay:

Support Worker Grade 1 (Must have at least level 3) – £12.53 per hour

Support Worker Grade 2 (Must have at least level 2) – £12.31 per hour

Support Worker Grade 3 (e.g. No NVQ) – £12.21 per hour
