A major UK & International transport and logistics organisation is looking for aHandyperson – General Maintenance person for a temp to perm role. the role will be to provide general commercial buildings maintenance over three sites, including offices, warehouses and loading bays. Would suit a handyperson, someone good at DIY, if you have provided maintenance to commercial buildings this will be an advantage but not essential. ROLE:Handyperson – General Maintenance LOCATION: Northampton DAY Rate: £85.80 per day, Temp to per, £25k Basic if role goes permanent ROLE: Provide predominantly general maintenance to the sites (Warehouses, offices, etc) and also minor electrical maintenance, dealing with changing bulbs. Ensure statutory compliance at these sites and other sites Assist the Fleet and Facilities Manager in the management and control of all Yusen sites and in project work that may arise from time to time Assist in the control of MHE and maintenance of charging and battery changing facilities Meet H & S standards and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
