Job Description:
About N2O
We’re N2O – an award-winning creative brand experience agency that works with some of the world’s biggest and most dynamic brands. Our mission? To create meaningful experiences that drive real connections, at home, in-store, out-of-home and online.
Right now, we’re on the lookout for passionate, persuasive, people-first Retail Sales Representatives to bring one of the most innovative and disruptive consumer brands to life in independent retailers across the UK.
The Mission
This isn’t your average sales gig. You’ll be the face of a global leader in smoke-free innovation, a company on a mission to build a smokeless future by helping adult smokers switch to better alternatives. You’ll join a movement that combines science, sustainability, and sensorial design to challenge old habits and empower change.
So yes, it’s about sales. But it’s also about making a difference – one store, one conversation, one converted customer at a time.
What You’ll Do
- Visit independent retailers in your assigned territory to build brand presence, deliver product education and drive trial.
- Bring the brand to life through professional demonstrations and engaging conversations with retailers and customers.
- Merchandise and manage stock to ensure displays look great and are fully replenished.
- Hit targets across daily visits, sales goals and engagement metrics — and celebrate your wins with a supportive team.
- Report back with clear post-visit insights via our user-friendly digital platform (including uploading photos and logging key data).
Why This Brand?
This internationally recognised brand is reshaping the future of smoking by:
- Investing in world-class science and innovation
- Building a smokeless, more sustainable world
- Creating products that elevate enjoyment while reducing harm
Their vision?
- A future where cigarettes are a thing of the past.
- A world where smokers make the Switch to Better.
You’ll be part of that journey and the momentum is real.
