Ecommerce Producer (Studios) – freelance
The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for a motivated Ecommerce Producer / Studio Production Coordinator to join this global ecommerce business on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will work across production schedules, project management and budgets, as well as the sourcing and booking of talent, general admin, and ad-hoc support for special projects.
To be successful in this role you must have a strong understanding of e-comm studio operations. Please note that this role is a not a creative Producer role.
The Role
- Supporting Producers with booking the talent required for the daily studio production in line with quality standards and budgets.
- Responsible for scheduling and booking confirmation process for freelance creative crew.
- Communicating with Producers and internal teams and advising of required reallocation of workflow and talent.
- Responding to procurement enquiries by assisting with POs, invoicing and expense logs.
- Collaborating with Producers to grow talent pool and organise trials and castings.
- Building and maintaining talent database.
- General daily admin.
The Person
- 2+ years professional experience in high-volume photo studio production operations, handling freelance bookings for a variety of talent and model casting.
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with database management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to handle heavy schedule coordination.
- Confident in solving problems quickly.
- Strong understanding of e-comm studio operation.
- Ability to continuously manage multiple high priority tasks.
