Test Technician
Location: North London
Full Time Permanent role
ReeVR Talent are looking for a Test Technician. As the Test Technician you will work with bespoke, semi-automated and manual test equipment, as well as handle ultra-high-value, delicate components in controlled environments.
Key Responsibilities for the Test Technician
Testing of high value components
Set up and operate test equipment following defined procedures
Perform functional measurements
Record, analyse, and interpret test results against specifications
Accurately log results in test systems, ERP, and production records
Identify and document failures
Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams
Maintain clean, controlled test areas and follow procedures
Involvement with Kitting activities
Prepare and kit components
Handle fragile parts using approved procedures
Verify parts against BOMs and build documentation
Visually inspect components for damage or non-conformance
Ensure correct packaging, labelling, and traceability
Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control
Skills & Experience for the Test Technician
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical working style
Experience testing and handling high-value components
Comfortable working in clean environments
Ability to follow detailed test procedures and technical documentation
Good IT skills for test software, ERP/MRP, and data entry
Strong sense of responsibility for expensive, business-critical hardware
