Job Description
We are working with an established client in North Tyneside who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team, managing a pipeline of residential property transactions.
The role is offering a competitive salary and bonus scheme depending on experience, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis.
Our client, established in North Tyneside over 100 years ago, has developed a trusted reputation through a strong base of repeat clients. This solid foundation has enabled the firm to expand its range of legal services successfully.
You will manage and complete a caseload of sales, purchases and remortgages, liaising with existing referral partners and nurturing new and existing relationships.
What are they looking for:
A minimum of two years’ experience in managing and completing all aspects of residential conveyancing pipeline from verifying client ID, drafting contracts, dealing with enquiries raised, approving contracts and releasing relevant enquiries and bringing files to conclusion.
Experience in working with case management system, Land Registry Portal, Help to Buy ISA, LMS and Lender exchange portals.
Excellent client care skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a positive work approach.
