Job Description

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a full time Studio Administrator to join 5plus Architects in their Manchester studio.\\n\\nWe are a talented team of Architects, Interior Designers, Technologists, Urban Designers and Creatives, with studios in London and Manchester.\\n\\nYou will support the admin and wider project teams. You will oversee general administrative and building-related tasks, including keeping the building clean and tidy, health and safety checks, arranging office moves; maintaining the building equipment contracts and helping to arrange annual social events. You will also be responsible for welcoming visitors, responding to general emails, providing refreshments for meetings, answering incoming calls, taking messages, booking travel and procuring and maintaining stationery stock and other office supplies.

No two days will ever be the same!\\n\\nThe ideal candidate will want to settle into the role, make it their own and take it further!\\n\\nYou will enjoy supporting the smooth running of a busy office and being part of a small, friendly and committed team.\\n\\nYou’ll need to be:\\n\\n * Super organised\\n\\n * Friendly and helpful\\n\\n * Proficient in Word, Excel and MS Office\\n\\n * Flexible and able to prioritise to a changing to-do list\\n\\n * Self-motivated\\n\\n * Detail oriented and accurate\\n\\n * Trustworthy and reliable\\n\\n * Articulate and a good communicator (verbal and written)\\n\\n * Able to work in a team and by yourself\\n\\nSalary dependant on experience.
