We are looking for an experienced individual who has demonstrable verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and by telephone. In additon, applicants that possess a good working knowledge of council tax and/or housing benefit and council tax support legislation. It would be beneficial if they have knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions including Microsoft office suite – and knowledge of Iworld (northgate).
