Job Description

Our client offers regulatory consulting services to the Financial Services industry and this role heads up their Financial Crime Technology division reporting to the Senior Partner as part of the senior leadership team.

The role:-

  • Drive business development and own the business plan for the division
  • Monitor client satisfaction & quality assurance on all projects
  • Actively drive cross-selling opportunities across the company
  • Manage a team of up to 20 including Associates
  • Contribute to thought leadership

The candidate:

  • Minimum of 10 year’s industry experience with 5 years’ technology consulting experience to the Financial Services sector
  • Experience of advising clients on SAR reporting, risk assessments, transaction monitoring & AML investigations
  • Detailed understanding of the technologies available relating to Financial Crime compliance
  • Proven capabilities to develop business, lead sales and go to market strategies within a fast paced consultancy

The base salary for the role up to £150,000 plus £15,000 pension and a £70,000 bonus based on performance. Equity is also on offer which will be realised in 3 – 5 years via a sale or refinancing of the business.
