About the Role
We’re hiring for a brand-new role in our Operations Team at Enzo Tech – one of London’s most exciting, fast-growing, and fun recruitment businesses. This is a chance to join a company that does things differently and build a career in a high-energy environment where no two days look the same.
We’re looking for someone ambitious, motivated and ready to dive in. No experience? No problem. This is an entry-level position, and we’ll give you full training and support from day one.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
You’ll be at the heart of our Operations team, helping the business run smoothly across a range of areas:
- Front of House / Reception duties
- Day-to-day Office Maintenance & Supplies
- Supporting internal events and team bookings
- Assisting on our social media content and marketing visuals
- Setting up new starters and onboarding packs
- Helping coordinate interviews and the hiring process
- Keeping the office environment fresh and up to date (visuals, posters, signage)
- Working with Canva to create internal docs and materials
- General admin support across Operations, TA, and Finance
You’ll also have weekly/monthly targets, support from a close-knit team, and clear promotion criteria mapped out for you.
