£35,000 – £50,000 base + uncapped commission

Are you an experienced recruiter ready to build something of your own – with the backing of an established brand?

We’re working with a long-standing, high-performing recruitment business that’s looking to expand into Newcastle and is now ready to launch a new office in the city. They’re seeking a senior consultant who has the drive, credibility, and experience to take the lead in opening and growing the business here.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who’s looking for ownership, autonomy, and long-term growth – both in their desk and in building a team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Establish and grow a profitable desk in one of the company’s core sectors:
  • Logistics, Industrial, Construction, Energy, or M&E
  • Act as the lead recruiter for the Newcastle region
  • Build and nurture client relationships — you’ll be trusted to get on with it
  • Eventually hire and lead a team around you as the office grows
  • Collaborate with a wider team of experienced consultants across the UK

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven 360 recruiter with at least 3 years’ experience
  • Sector expertise in Logistics, Industrial, Construction, Energy, or M&E
  • Self-motivated and driven to build something long-term
  • Ready to work on-site and lay the foundations for a new office
  • Comfortable with the responsibility of delivering results and leading growth

What’s On Offer:

  • £35,000 – £50,000 base salary (DOE)
  • Uncapped commission structure: UP TO 20% as well as a management commission scheme
  • OTE of £100k+
  • Support from a successful senior team with no micromanagement
  • Long-term opportunity to lead and manage a new regional branch
  • Real autonomy – with the security of a well-backed business

This is your chance to be the driving force behind a new regional office – with serious backing and belief.

If you're a senior recruiter ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you.
