Job Description
Fantastic new role with one of the cityβs best-known law firms. You will be responsible for facilitating world class learning business and management learning programmes for this international law firm.
Reporting in to the Head of Organisational Learning and Development, you will be actively involved in the full learning life cycle β process (scoping, objectives, scripting, design approach, delivery, prototypes, reviews, tools and evaluation). Furthermore, you will also provide one to one coaching for participants of the programmes you will be delivering.
Great opportunity for an L&D Specialist to bring to bear all theirskills and experience so far in a role that is by no means defined and is ready for development.
To apply, you will be experienced in providing learning solutions within a large multi-stakeholder business, in law, or other client-driven, professional services organisation e.g. accounting, banking, investments etc. have proven organisational ability within a commercial and fast paced environment and the ability to think creatively and innovate
A proven track record of personal development and growth is essential as is a Degree, Level 7 qualification in Learning & Development or Executive Coaching and accreditation of a recognised coaching body EMCC, ICF, AC
This role is initially offered on a 12-14 Month Fixed term contract basis.
