Job Description
A leading global business administrations services firm is undergoing a significant transformation of its Accounting & Tax (A&T) operations. As part of this strategic initiative, we are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Transformation Business Partner to help shape and implement the future delivery model across multiple jurisdictions.
This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a global transformation and influence change at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with global, regional, and local teams to design and implement a new Accounting & Tax delivery model.
- Lead and support process design, standardisation, and implementation across jurisdictions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, ensuring alignment during transformation efforts.
- Collaborate with leadership and transformation teams to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of key transformation milestones.
About You
- Strong experience in Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) design and roll-out.
- Excellent project management skills across complex, cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated success in global transformation roles, ideally within multinational or professional services contexts.
- Skilled at driving change across diverse geographies and cultures.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
