A world-renowned luxury retail company based in London is seeking a talented Employment Lawyer to join their dynamic legal team.
Reporting to the Lead Legal Counsel, you will provide expert legal and strategic advice on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting policies, managing employee grievances, claims, dismissals, and settlement negotiations. You will collaborate with HR, senior management, and external advisers, while also advising on corporate, commercial, data protection, and GDPR issues related to employment. The role will have a significant litigious component.
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with ideally 1-3 PQE, with post-qualification experience in employment law. In-house experience is advantageous but not essential.
