About the Role:
My client is a science-led global healthcare company. In this role, you will play a key part in testing and performing batch usage decisions on incoming deliveries, as well as coordinating various activities within our department. You will contribute to the smooth running of the team while upholding the company’s high standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform batch usage decisions on incoming deliveries prior to production use.
- Write, review, and check methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate activities within the department to ensure efficient operations.
- Support team members in daily tasks and projects.
- Handle vendor rejections as required.
- Document deviations from procedures and processes, such as LIRs, IPNs, SDAs, and VCFs.
- Address artwork discrepancies and assist in resolving related issues.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Ideally, have an academic background (e.g., A Level and above), or equivalent experience.
- GMP experience is desirable but not essential, as training and upskilling will be provided.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and continuously improve processes.
