Asbestos Contracts Manager London / Greater London £55,000 – £65,000 + Company Car Join a growing, family-run business with over 200 staff and a thriving asbestos division. As Senior Contracts Manager, you’ll lead a team of 20–60, oversee high-profile projects, and work directly with two Managing Directors to drive performance, growth, and client satisfaction. Projects include: industrial, construction, education, healthcare, and commercial sectors, with clients in land remediation, civils, housing, and utilities (including the National Grid). Your Role: * Manage asbestos contracts from tender to completion. * Lead teams, allocate resources, and ensure compliance. * Conduct site visits, audits, and client meetings. * Support tenders, method statements, and cost control. * Maintain quality, safety, and performance standards. * Build strong client relationships and develop new business.
