Duties & Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and meetings to gather business needs.
- Translate user requirements into clear documentation for development teams.
- Recommend process improvements and alternative solutions.
- Support QA testing and assist teams during implementation.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance, ideally within the London Market.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Salary of £50,000 per annum.
