Job Description Director, Applied AI Up to £140,000 London (Hybrid, 4 days onsite per week) Company: This Biotech and Pharmaceutical start-up are working on the latest advancements across AI/ML to transform the future of drug-discovery. Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of advanced AI algorithms, with a focus on cutting-edge AI/ML techniques Define and deliver the AI/ML strategy and roadmap for the organisation, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and future industry trends Discover and develop opportunities with colleagues to turn business needs into well-defined AI/ML problems Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and research to keep the company on the cutting edge of AI technologies.
