We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading global wines and spirits company, on an initial6 month contract – with potential for extension, as an HR Assistant in Glasgow City Centre on a hybridworking basis, focused on delivering excellent HR support and transactional services.
You will manage HRIS systems like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, support payroll and employee relations, and help drive process standardisation and automation. This role requires a strong understanding of HR operations, employment law, and ideally experience working with unions.
What you will need
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent HR experience is preferred
- Proven experience in HR helpdesk support and transactional HR processes
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Solid knowledge of time & attendance, sickness, absence, redundancy, and onboarding procedures
- Ideally familiarity with payroll processes and working in partnership with unions
