What is required from you?
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
- This is a full time role working 36 hour per week with the flexibility to work day and night shifts to include working alternative weekends
- You are required to have some form of care experience to apply for this role
A day in the life of a Care Assistant
- Companionship – Providing support , companionship, communication and engagement
- Personal care- supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
- Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
- Meals – Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
- Domestic tasks- light cleaning tasks.
- Mobility – Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
- Social activities- Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
