Residential Surveyor

Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established independent Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the West Midlands to join their team.

Working Hours:

Full-time or Part-time (Minimum 3-day week)

Remote / work-from-home basis

Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:

Basic salary ranging from £45,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

Carry out level 2 Surveys (Essential) and Level 3 surveys (Desirable)

Produce accurate property reports using market leading iPad technology

Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit

Attend quarterly meetings at head office

Expert Witness Valuations (desirable)

Probate Valuations (desirable)

Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:

Experience as a practising Surveyor

RICS Membership (Assoc RICS or MRICS)

Level 2 Survey background

VRS registered

Ability to provide excellent customer service
