Job Description
This leading Professional Services business is mobilising a finance transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to support them. Working with the Programme Director and leadership team, you will lead all business engagement and readiness activities for the programme, which will involve operating model, people, process and technology change.
As the successful candidate you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience leading Change Management for finance transformation programmes.
- Have previously worked on programmes that have involved significant operating model change.
- Ideally a background in top tier management consulting combined with experience in client side roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Delivery focused and happy to be hands on and into the detail.
