The Role
Lead key design initiatives across the platform, own end-to-end design, simplify complex systems, and help deliver intuitive, elegant experiences at speed.
- Lead the design of major product features, from concept to polished UI/UX
- Build and evolve scalable design systems, components, and patterns in Figma
- Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership in a fast-moving team
- Raise the bar on design craft, user experience, and async collaboration
