Elite US law firm is hiring a new Legal Receptionist to join their outstanding front-of-house team, to work the hours 1pm to 9pm.

Base pay range

  • Salary to £42,000
  • West-End based, very short walk from the tube station
  • Amazing benefits including 10% pension and free meals

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for clients at reception, providing a high level of client care.
  • Dealing with all clients, either in person, via email or telephone, in a courteous and highly professional manner.
  • Booking meeting/conference rooms.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and organising couriers.
  • Manage all security access procedures for new joiners and visitors.
  • Assisting with client administration requirements (taxis, restaurant bookings, printing, photocopying, etc.).

Evening Legal Receptionist Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience working as a receptionist or cabin crew or other client-facing role where a 5* star service was required.
  • Polite attitude and taking pride in your work.
  • Competent with MS Office and other IT software.
  • Strong, confident and clear communicator, both verbal and written.
