Our Real Estate department is renowned for development and investment work, and as a result of our continued success we are seeking a Paralegal to join our team based in Bristol, specifically supporting the social housing part of the development team.

As a department, we offer a full range of legal services across all asset classes for a wide range of clients, both in the private and public sectors, UK and international, and are seeking a Paralegal to help grow and develop our offering in the housebuilding and development sector.

The Real Estate department is an extremely busy and profitable team. Across our 4 offices, we act for a broad range of high‑end investors, owner‑occupiers, tenants and developers, our clients include family offices, established investment companies and entrepreneurs.

Who you are

You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and confident working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Ideally, you will have some general real estate knowledge, along with a keen eye for detail and a thorough, meticulous approach to your work. Self‑motivated and ambitious, you will bring the drive needed to support the continued growth and development of our business.

Building strong client relationships is a key part of the role. You will need the ability to form and maintain long‑lasting connections and demonstrate a genuine commitment to understanding and meeting clients’ needs. Dedicated and enthusiastic, you will work efficiently while keeping a clear focus on client care and business development.
