Overview
Do you thrive on building positive relationships and delivering excellent face-to-face customer service? At Community Gateway Association, we are looking for someone with the right attitude and a passion for people to join us as a Tenancy Visiting Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Salary: Β£30,328.07 p.a.
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Preston area with main duties at our dockside offices in Preston; role involves community visits.
This role is community-based, focusing on tenant sustainability through in-person engagement, safeguarding awareness, and tenancy support. You will work as part of a team, upholding CGA values and delivering a high-quality customer-focused service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service by visiting tenants in their homes and by telephone where appropriate.
- Identify safeguarding concerns, tenancy breaches, and service requests.
- Contribute to team objectives and uphold CGAβs positive reputation and local impact.
- Support tenant sustainability and contribute to community well-being through in-person engagement.
