What we’re looking for from you to join our team:

As a Development Graduate Trainee, you will develop a thorough understanding and practical experience in Plus Dane’s growth development function.

As a Development Graduate Trainee, you will support on the delivery of development through a tailored learning programme to obtain all of the necessary skills and resources to progress to the next level of development project management expertise.

You will develop and sustain excellent relationships with colleagues across the organisation and with relevant Local Authorities, Funders and Developers to ensure that Plus Dane continues to secure a strong pipeline of development opportunities going forward.

As a Development Graduate Trainee, you will develop expertise in securing and appraising new opportunities through to project management of approved schemes, procured competitive bid writing and other development functions.

What You’ll Get In Return

We offer hybrid working and you will be working a 7-hour day between Monday – Friday across various locations is Merseyside and Cheshire, therefore a driving licence and access to a car, is essential. There will be an expectation to attend our Atlantic Pavilion (Liverpool) office at least once a week.
